At Mon Marceau, we are committed to ensuring you’re delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the parcel to us.

We understand that selecting the perfect size can be challenging. Therefore, we offer the option to exchange for a different size if available. Alternatively, you can choose another product or receive store credit valid for one year from the original purchase date if the product is no longer available.
Please note that postage costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, and items must be returned in their original packaging, tags attached, unwashed, unworn, and unused.

Please be aware that all sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.

To initiate a return or exchange, please:

• Email us at info@monmarceau.com

• Include your order number and reason for the return

• Upon approval for a credit note or exchange, send the item in its original packaging to the address provided during email correspondence within 14 days of approval. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

• Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in its original condition, we will process the exchange or store credit and confirm this via email.

FAULTY ITEMS

We take great care to ensure our items are thoroughly checked before dispatch. If you receive a faulty item, we apologise for the inconvenience and will gladly address the issue. Please email us with details of the fault, and if the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide an exchange or refund. Note that due to the handmade nature of many of our products, minor variations in smocking and embroidery are to be expected and are not considered faults. Wear and tear from regular use or failure to follow care instructions are also not considered faults.
